NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT), the leading brand visibility platform, today announced that Michael Walrath, its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, has withdrawn his previously announced proposal to acquire all outstanding shares of the Company not already owned by him at a price of $9.00 per share in cash.
