LiveChat is the company's biggest product by a sizable margin, but its growth has come to a halt. ChatBot's growth is also lackluster compared to the overall chatbot market, indicating that Text's best days may be behind them. Thesis I rate Text ( OTC:LCHTF ) as ‘Sell' due to the commoditization of their products, the contraction of margins, and the stagnation of growth for the LiveChat and ChatBot products. Company Overview Text is the developer of text-based customer service software. They offer five main products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, and OpenWidget. LiveChat, an embeddable customer service widget to interact with human agents, is by far their biggest product. As of the end of 2023, LiveChat has approximately 37,000 customers and accounted for 91.2% of their company's entire revenue.
