Recent Financial and Operational Highlights Fourth quarter revenue was $18.6 million, in line with revenue from the prior year period. Gross margin increased by 50 basis points to 43.5%, up from 43.0% in the prior year. On February 18, 2026, Zeo Energy signed a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Creekstone Energy to develop approximately 280 megawatt (MW) of baseload energy generation and long-duration energy storage to support Creekstone's data center under construction in Millard County, Utah.
