Zscaler delivered strong Q1 FY26 results, beating revenue and EPS guidance, with robust momentum in AI Security, Zero Trust, and Data Security. Despite operational strength, concerns linger over stagnant margins, slightly declining free cash flow, and competitive pressures from Cloudflare.
