PARSIPPANY, N.J., December 16, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS) (the "Company" or "Zoetis") today announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.25% convertible senior notes due 2029 (the "Notes") in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). Zoetis has also granted the initial purchasers of the Notes an option to purchase, for settlement within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date on which the Notes are first issued, up to an additional $250 million aggregate principal amount of Notes. The offering is expected to close on December 18, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
