Zuora: Recent Weakness Is Great Buying Opportunity Summary Shares have been down nearly 20% since reporting Q1 earnings, reflecting a weak start to the year and lowered guidance. Management reduce full year revenue guidance by ~6%, a bit reduction considering they just reported Q1 results. Valuation remains depressed but appears to be a good time to pick up some shares on sale. Despite reporting a solid Q1 earnings, Zuora ( ZUO Q1 revenue grew 22% which was what consensus estimates also expected. What was impressive during the quarter was the subscription revenue remains very healthy, growing 32% to $47.3 million, which was ahead of consensus expectations for $46.5 million. The big negative during the quarter was the updated guidance which included revenue ~6% lower than previous guidance.
