SPIE SA Decision of Gauthier Louette not to seek the renewal of his mandates as Chairman and CEO at the end of his term in April 2026 Separation of the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer Appointment of Mr. Markus Holzke as Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Patrick Jeantet as non-executive Chairman of the Board Cergy, March 6 th Mr. Gauthier Louette has informed the Board of Directors of his decision not to seek the renewal of his functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at the end of his current term of office, taking effect at the close of the annual general shareholders' meeting to be held on 30 April 2026.
