LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Alector, Inc. (“Alector” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: ALEC) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Alector issued a press release on October 21, 2025, "announc[ing] results from the Phase 3 INFRONT-3 clinical trial evaluating latozinemab (AL001) in individuals with frontotemporal dementia due to a progranulin gene mutation (FTD-GRN)."
