The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company said Wednesday that the deal, if approved by shareholders of both companies, would see a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aptorum merge with YOOV, a privately-held AI and automation platform. Advertisement At closing, Aptorum shareholders would hold about 10% of the combined company and existing YOOV shareholders would own the rest. Aptorum has also entered into an agreement to assign and transfer the assets and liabilities of its legacy business to subsidiary Aptorum Therapeutics.
