Advertisement The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company said Wednesday that it has agreed to a reverse merger in which a wholly owned subsidiary will merge with YOOV, effectively making the privately held AI and automation platform a public company trading on the Nasdaq. Aptorum will simultaneously split its legacy assets off and assign them to subsidiary Aptorum Therapeutics, which will be acquired by Aptorum majority shareholder Jurchen Investment in exchange for Jurchen surrendering its shares of Aptorum.
