ASML's growth prospects, reinforcing its leadership in next-gen lithography offerings. The ongoing memory/storage supercycle has contributed to the growing memory-related net bookings, as they transition from DUV to EUV systems for next-gen DRAM offerings. This is on top of the notable increase in lithography intensity, attributed to the expanding AI utilization in edge devices and the consequently growing demand for next-gen 2/3nm nodes. Unfortunately, much of the growth prospects have been priced into ASML's expensive 3Y PEG of 2.02x, with the outsized rally triggering a reduced margin of safety. This is worsened by the potential bull trap, with the overbought RSIs and the three historical trading cycles implying a potentially painful double-digit correction to the 100-day moving averages.
