Ratings of "a+" (Excellent) of Biglari Reinsurance Ltd. (Bermuda) and its reinsured affiliates, First Guard Insurance Company (First Guard) (Scottsdale, AZ) and Southern Pioneer Property and Casualty Insurance Company (Southern Pioneer) (Jonesboro, AR).
