In the quarter that ended June 30, 2019 (“2Q19”), the Company’s net income was $1,818,000 or $0.19 per diluted share as compared to $510,000 or $0.08 per diluted share in the quarter ended June 30, 2018 (“2Q18”), an increase of $1,308,000 or $0.11 per diluted share.
