(Nasdaq: CHCI) (“Comstock”), a leading asset manager, developer, and operator of mixed-use and transit-oriented properties in the Washington, D.C. region, today announced the signing of a new 45,000 square feet lease agreement at 1900 Reston Metro Plaza in Reston Station with Amentum Services, Inc. (“Amentum”).Amentum is a worldwide provider of advanced engineering and technology solutions that address significant and complex challenges in science, security, and sustainability. With approximately 50,000 employees across 70 countries, the company serves government and private-sector clients worldwide.
