Greystone provided the 10-year Fannie Mae loan in connection with the property at 2100 North Central Road. Fiat House, which opened this year, is a branded residential community that blends Italian design influence and mobility innovation through an exclusive Fiat 500e ride-share program. The property features two 12- and 13-story towers connected by a shared courtyard. More than 30,000 square feet of amenities include the 500 Lounge, a golf simulator and cinema room, a landscaped rooftop deck with cabanas and fire pits, a library, a gym, co-working areas and private offices. Cushman & Wakefield's John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut, and Chris Meloni served as exclusive advisor to the property owner. Greystone provided the 10-year Fannie Mae loan through originators Judah Rosenberg, Triloki Kaushal, Zane Teslik, and Jack Hudak.
