EAU CLAIRE, Wis., April 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CZWI), the parent company of Citizens Community Federal N.A. (the “Bank” or “CCFBank”), today reported earnings of $2.6 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, compared to $3.2 million, or $0.28 per diluted share for the previous quarter ended December 31, 2019. In February 2020, the Company’s operations were impacted by the COVID19 pandemic where state and national “Stay-At-Home” orders impacted businesses and their abilities to generate revenue. The Bank has initiated its Business Continuity Plan to protect its employees and communities which, in part, included closing lobbies of branches and directing approximately 40% of its workforce to work remotely.
