A new survey shows U.S. travelers are generally happier with major airlines, with customer satisfaction seeing a 3% gain. Delta Air Lines was the highest-rated airline, while American Airlines also saw improved customer satisfaction. Southwest Airlines experienced the largest drop in satisfaction after overhauling its open seating and checked bag policies. Travelers in the U.S. are generally happy with major airlines, according to a new survey. There are a few notable exceptions, though.
