According to NRN.com, parent company Darden Restaurants has announced it plans to close its remaining 28 Bahama Breeze locations, either to sell them outright or to convert them into one of its other restaurant concepts. Darden also operates Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Yard House, The Capital Grille, The Capital Burger, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Chuy's, Eddy V's, and Seasons 52. But don't expect a Yard House or Seasons 52 to pop up at the Kendall location. It's scheduled to close, along with the Bahama Breeze at 11000 Pines Blvd. in Pembroke Pines. All restaurants are scheduled to continue operation until April 4.
