GLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared dividends on shares of its preferred stock for the first quarter of 2020. The Company will pay the regular quarterly dividend of $0.4765625 per share on its 7.625% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRB) and $0.259(1) per share on its 6.900% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRC).Both dividends will be paid on April 15, 2020 to shareholders of record of the Series B and Series C Preferred Stocks, respectively, as of April 1, 2020.As previously announced, the Company redeemed its 8.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock and partially redeemed its Series B Preferred Stock.
