The video game publisher posted net bookings of $3.05 billion for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, exceeding the consensus estimate of $2.92 billion and representing a 38% increase YoY. However, adjusted EPS came in at $0.35, well below analyst expectations of $1.48. EA shares edged up 0.3% in after-hours trading following the announcement. Battlefield 6 emerged as the best-selling shooter title of 2025, setting new franchise engagement records. The company also reported that EA SPORTS FC net bookings increased by high single digits YoY in the third quarter, excluding the benefit of deluxe edition content timing, driven by strength in Ultimate Team and FC Mobile.
