The company said the decision to sell the parks to EPR Properties comes at a time of an “ongoing strategy to optimize and strengthen our park portfolio.” Six Flags St. Louis is among the seven parks intended to be sold. Other parks listed are: Worlds of Fun: Kansas City, MO Michigan's Adventure: Grand Rapids, MI Valleyfair: Minneapolis, MN Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston: Galveston, TX Six Flags La Ronde: Montreal, QC Six Flags Great Escape: Queensbury, NY After the 2026 season, operations are expected to transition to EPR Properties, who will be partnering with Enchanted Parks, according to Six Flags.
