Reports Q4 Diluted EPS of $1.07, Adjusted Diluted EPS* of $1.16 NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE: FBK), parent company of FirstBank, reported net income of $57.0 million, or $1.07 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $0.43 in the previous quarter and $0.81 in the fourth quarter of last year. Adjusted net income* was $61.5 million, or $1.16 per diluted common share, compared to $1.07 in the previous quarter and $0.85 in the fourth quarter of last year.For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company reported net income of $122.6 million, or $2.45 per diluted common share, compared to $116.0 million, or $2.48 per diluted common share, for the year ended December 31, 2024.
