HAYWARD, Calif., December 17, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--HEN Technologies, a global leader in intelligent fire suppression, today announced it has closed an oversubscribed $20 million Series A financing round, along with $2 million in venture debt. The funding will accelerate the deployment of Fluid-IQ, the company's predictive AI platform built on advanced fluid dynamics hardware. To date, the company has raised over $30 million. O'Neil Strategic Capital led the round with participation from NSFO, Tanas Capital and z21 Ventures. Silicon Valley Bank provided the venture debt. The capital will fund the expansion of HEN's IoT-enabled hardware infrastructure, positioning the company to capture the industry's first comprehensive operational fire dataset - the missing link for truly predictive fire defense.
