Charlotte, NC, Dec. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FG Nexus Inc. (Nasdaq: FGNX, FGNXP) (the “Company”), today announced the current status of its common stock buyback program and ETH holdings. Under the previously announced share purchase program, from October 23, 2025 through December 17, 2025, the Company has repurchased approximately 7.0 million shares of its common stock at an average price of approximately $3.17 per share. As of December 17, 2025, the Company held 40,088 ETH and cash and USDC holdings of approximately $25.2 million. The Company’s total debt outstanding was $11.9 million, the outstanding shares of common stock are 36.5 million (which includes 0.5 million shares of common stock underlying outstanding pre-funded warrants), and the net asset value of the Company per share was approximately $3.53 per share.
