NEW YORK & NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq., a partner at the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”), announces that KSF has commenced an investigation into Fortinet Inc. (the “Company”) (NasdaqGS: FTNT).On August 6, 2025, the Company disclosed disappointing second-quarter 2025 financial results, including that it was already “approximately 40% to 50% of the way through the 2026 upgrade cycle at the end of the second quarter [of 2025] based on the remaining active units and service contracts,” that excess [firewall] capacity by customers meant less demand for upgrades, and also issued weaker-than-expected revenue guidance for the upcoming third quarter, projecting revenue between $1.67 billion and $1.73 billion.Thereafter, the Company and certain of its executives were sued in a securities class action lawsuit, charging them with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period in violation of federa
