that its board approved a cash dividend of 32.5c per ordinary share, or $2.60 per American depositary share. The dividend, totaling approximately $365M, will be paid in U.S. dollars to shareholders of record as of April 16, with payment expected on or around April 29, subject to the terms of the deposit agreement for ADS holders.
