For the first time, advertisers will be able to secure guaranteed audio ad impressions linked to YouTube audiences, with the rollout expected this fall. AdsWizz's ad tech platform will manage the transactions and delivery, using the same technology that supports SiriusXM Media's wider portfolio, including SiriusXM, Pandora, and related podcast and streaming services. YouTube audio ads cover content such as podcasts, talk shows, and music, including inventory that reaches listeners on smart speakers and other audio-first environments. A commissioned Edison Research study puts the monthly U.S. audience for audio-first content and environments on YouTube at roughly 212 million people.
