GameStop stores closing in Maryland were in Baltimore, Ellicott City, Essex, Gambrills, Salisbury, Severna Park and Westminster, reports show. GameStop has closed nearly 600 stores over the past year amid ongoing financial challenges, Reuters reported in December . This month, the retailer is set to close nearly 300 locations, reports indicate.
