Freshman guard Jalen Haralson, the team's leading scorer since fellow guard Markus Burton went down in early December with a broken left ankle, will not play in Saturday's Atlantic Coast Conference home game against Georgia Tech because of a sprained ankle. Haralson suffered the injury during Tuesday's loss to SMU and aggravated it at practice on Friday. He's expected back for Notre Dame's next game on February 21 at Pittsburgh. Notre Dame (11-14 overall; 2-10 ACC) entered Saturday's game having lost five straight and 10 of its last 11 league games. The 6-foot-7, 222-poiund Haralson, who has started 22 of 24 games, will miss the second game of his career. He sat out the season's second game, at home against Detroit Mercy, while in concussion protocol after getting hit in the head in the opening minute of the second half of the opener against LIU Brooklyn.
