I have modeled a scenario where its production drops modestly in 2026, but it is able to maintain sufficient liquidity. A scenario with $70 WTI oil in 2027 would then allow it to stabilize oil production and put it in decent shape to refinance its term loan debt. HighPeak remains risky due to its debt and need for an oil price rebound before it needs to refinance its term loan debt.
