Singapore, March 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FBS Global Limited (Nasdaq: FBGL) (“FBS” or the “Company”) , a green building contractor and interior fit-out specialist with more than 20 years of operating history, today announced that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. On February 27, 2026, the Company received formal confirmation from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that, for the ten consecutive business days from February 12, 2026 through February 26, 2026, the closing bid price of the Company's ordinary shares was at or above $1.00 per share. As a result, the previously disclosed minimum bid price deficiency matter has been resolved and is now closed.
