Panther Lake launch and foundry optimism are meaningful, but near-term earnings power remains unproven and INTC upside is being priced in prematurely. INTC faces market share pressure from AMD, with recent data showing AMD's client unit share rising as Intel's declines. INTC stock valuation multiples are well above sector medians, with P/E at 125.4x and forward EV/EBIT at 93.7x, making risk-reward unattractive ahead of earnings.
