(Nasdaq: IPW) (“iPower” or the “Company”) today announced that it has received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and that the matter is now closed.
