Located across an entire floor in One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, the 9,000 sq ft apartment is on the market after it was seized from the wife of Pan Sutong, formerly one of Asia's richest men. Equipped with a private wine cellar, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a cinema room, the flat was bought by an offshore company controlled by Liu Jianming in 2011 for £60m. Sotheby's has been hired by Ms Liu's lenders to oversee the sale of the flat, which was built by billionaire property developers Nick and Christian Candy as part of the One Hyde Park development. Details of the lenders are unknown. Opened in 2011, the apartment block has spas, swimming pools, golf simulators and room service provided by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with floor space costing up to £7,500 per sq ft. Residents have at times included Kylie Minogue and the Candy brothers themselves, while also housing Rinat Akhmetov, one of Ukraine's richest men, and Rory Carvill, an insurance entrepreneur. Nick C
