PITTSBURGH & CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Kraft Heinz Company (Nasdaq: KHC) (“Kraft Heinz” or the “Company”) today announced that it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) in a virtual-only format due to continued public health concerns related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As previously announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Stockholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person. However, the virtual meeting will provide them with the ability to participate, vote their shares, and ask questions during the meeting.As described in the previously distributed proxy materials for the Annual Meeting, stockholders as of the close of business on March 9, 2020, the record date, are entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual Meeting.
