Cola Beverages , in an initial public offering (IPO) that may bring in about $1 billion and give the company a value of around $10 billion.Kotak, HDFC Group, and Citibank are in charge of the IPO, which is projected to be one of India's biggest consumer listings this year. It is set to start in the summer of 2026. Coca-Cola may, however, push back the offering to 2027 if bad weather hurts sales of drinks and makes people feel bad about the market.Most of the sale would go to current shareholders. This is because Coca-Cola sold a 40% stake in the parent firm to Jubilant Bhartia Group before.Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages is Coca Cola's major bottling partner in India. It has roughly 15 plants and sells popular brands like Thums Up, Sprite, Maaza, and Dasani through a large network of stores.
