the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,100,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share. Gloo has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,365,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "GLOO" and the offering is expected to close on November 20, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole book-running manager for the proposed offering. The Benchmark Company, Craig-Hallum Capital Group, Lake Street Capital Markets, Loop Capital Markets, and Texas Capital Securities are acting as co-managers for the offering.
