Friday in New York after pricing its initial public offering at $18. The move followed an upsized deal in which the Boston-based, clinical-stage biotechnology company raised $317.7 million by selling 17.65 million shares, above the 11.8 million initially planned and at the top of a $16 to $18 marketing range. Friday's trading implies a market value of about $1.2 billion based on shares outstanding, while existing backer Eli Lilly & Co.
