Lululemon Athletica Inc ( LULU Financials ) founder Chip Wilson has proposed replacing more than three directors as he escalates a proxy fight with the athletic apparel maker's board. He also called for the creation of a new committee focused on brand, product and creative oversight, citing concerns about insufficient creative expertise at the board level. He holds about a 4.27% stake in the company, according to LSEG data.
