CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LSI Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: LYTS, “LSI” or the “Company”), a leading U.S. based manufacturer of commercial lighting and display solutions, today announced that it intends to offer and sell $90 million of its shares of common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement, subject to market and other conditions. In addition, LSI intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the proposed public offering on the same terms and conditions.
