Transaction Creates Leading Integrated Retail Branding Solutions Platform CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LSI Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: LYTS, “LSI” or the “Company”) a leading U.S. based manufacturer of commercial lighting and display solutions, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Royston Group (“Royston”), a leader in identity and equipment solutions for retail environments, from Industrial Opportunity Partners (“IOP”), following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and expiration of applicable regulatory waiting periods.LSI acquired Royston for an aggregate purchase price of $325 million payable at closing, consisting of $320 million in cash and $5 million in shares of LSI common stock.
