CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LSI Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: LYTS, “LSI” or the “Company”) a leading U.S. based manufacturer of commercial lighting and display solutions, announced today that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering.The Company is offering 4,600,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.75 per share. The gross proceeds to LSI from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $90 million. LSI has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 690,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on or about March 2, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
