Starting March 6, McDonald's is offering customers a free meal in exchange for a confession. The fast food giant launched its “First Job Confessional” campaign , a reality TV-inspired promotional series, “where fans can dish out their first job stories and the skills they picked up along the way.” In exchange for stepping into the confessional booth, participants receive a $15 gift card, enough to cover the cost of the new Big Arch or a classic like a Quarter Pounder. McDonald's has partnered with “Love Island” star Olandria Carthen for the campaign. “Before I was on TV, I was just a small-town girl from Bama, raised by a family that believes in clocking in, working hard and doing things the right way,” Carthen said in a statement. “My mom and sister worked at McDonald's and showed me that our first jobs teach us skills we carry for life,” she continued. “That really hit home in my first job as a babysitter, where I learned to multitask, communicate and be responsible for m
