NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NYLI CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund (NYSE: MEGI) (the “Fund”) announced today the final certified voting results of the Fund’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”).The certified final results of the Annual Meeting confirm that the incumbent Board members of the Fund will remain in place. Shareholders also voted to approve a non-binding shareholder proposal that shareholders of the Fund request that the Fund’s Board take steps to declassify the Board.
