CALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Marcus & Millichap Inc. (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular semi-annual dividend of $0.25 per share, or approximately $10.0 million. The dividend will be payable on April 3, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2026.
