MONTRÉAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As part of the financing package for the phased development of the commercial operations of its Matawinie Mine (“Phase-2 Matawinie Mine”), Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (“NMG” or the “Company”) (NYSE: NMG, TSX: NOU) closed today its previously announced bought deal public offering of 52,440,000 subscription receipts (the “Subscription Receipts”), which includes the exercise in full of the over-allotment option, at a price of US$1.84 per Subscription Receipt, for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately US$96.5 million (the “Offering”).The Subscription Receipts will begin trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “NOU.R.U”.Each Subscription Receipt represents the right to receive, for no additional consideration and without further action, one Common Share upon satisfaction of certain release conditions, including the completion of the previously announced concurrent private placement of approximately US$213 million (the “Private Pl
