Mine ("Phase-2 Matawinie Mine"), Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. ("NMG" or the "Company") ( NYSE: NMG TSX: NOU ) closed today its previously announced bought deal public offering of 52,440,000 subscription receipts (the "Subscription Receipts"), which includes the exercise in full of the over-allotment option, at a price of US$1.84 per Subscription Receipt, for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately US$96.5 million (the "Offering"). The Subscription Receipts will begin trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "NOU.R.U".
