"We had previously been bullish on Adobe as we expected its AI business momentum to reinvigorate growth in its Digital Media business," said Oppenheimer analysts, led Quick Insights Oppenheimer cited AI transition challenges, decelerating Digital Media growth, weaker product cycle execution, and diminished near-term upside. AI business momentum has not reinvigorated growth as expected, with further deceleration in Digital Media segment evident. Oppenheimer sees better thematic or cyclical opportunities in Microsoft (Azure), Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Agilysys than in Adobe, given Adobe's near-term growth and margin concerns.
