RAANANA, ISRAEL, April 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Polyrizon Ltd. (NASDAQ: PLRZ) (the “Company”), a biotech company specializing in innovative intranasal hydrogels, today announced the closing of its previously announce private placement of approximately $17.0 million of Ordinary Shares and/or pre-funded and investor warrants at a price of $0.48 per Ordinary Unit. The offering consisted of the sale of 35,416,667 Ordinary Units (or Pre-Funded Units), each consisting of (i) one (1) Ordinary Share or Pre-Funded Warrant, and (ii) one (1) Series A Warrant to purchase one (1) Ordinary Share per warrant. The offering price per Ordinary Unit was $0.48 (or $0.47999 for each Pre-Funded Unit, which is equal to the offering price per Ordinary Unit sold in the offering minus an exercise price of $0.00001 per Pre-Funded Warrant).
