Ningbo, China, Dec. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Skycorp Solar Group Limited (Nasdaq: PN) (the “Company”), a solar PV product provider engaged in the manufacture and sale of solar cables and solar connectors, today announced its board of directors has approved the adoption of a Share Repurchase Programme (the “Programme”), under which the Company plans to repurchase its ordinary shares for a maximum total consideration of up to US$2,000,000. The purpose of the Programme is to optimize the Company’s capital structure, enhance earnings per share, and create long-term value for shareholders. To date, the Company has repurchased an aggregate of 60,000 shares for a total consideration of US$51,972. The Programme has been and will continue to be funded from the Company’s own resources. The Company will provide periodic updates on the progress of the Programme via press releases.
